Thank you for your effort with the Andy Caldwell show the other day. We are in some what of a panic because the election for AG of California is less than 5 weeks away and Steve Cooley is still leading in the polls. If Mr. Cooley is elected to AG November 2, 2001 our chances of Justice are over and done.
We are trying to do everything we can to bring attention to the issue of Steve Cooley and what we believe is the misconduct of the charging or lack there of in the homicide of Michael Jackson.
Tomorrow, Friday, October 1 we are going to try Al Sharpton. We discovered he has a nationally broadcasted radio show Monday-Friday. His show airs from 1-4pm daily EST

We are going to do a repeat of what we did on Tuesday but this time we are going to tweet, utilize his face book, email and live stream chat. We will use all options available to us. It may not work but we don’t know until we try.
Rev. Sharpton was all over the media when Michael passed but where is he now, when MJ’s Children, family, fans and public need him. Hiding like everyone else we presume. It isn’t right for people to use Michael only when it benefits them. So lets call out Rev. Sharpton and ask him to be accountable when it counts.

June 25, 2009 Mr. Michael Jackson was murdered in his home in Los Angeles, California. Since you spoke in the media following his death, attended his memorial and funeral service, we assume you are aware of the injustice that is taking place in the court system in LA County.
It hasn't gone unnoticed that when the camera's were rolling you were front and center but now that 15 months has passed and so has most of the media attention, you seem to be MIA. I apologize if our presumptions are wrong but many feel you have deserted Mr. Jackson when he needs you most.
Fans from around the world have been trying to bring attention to the misconduct of the LADA Steve Cooley in the charging of the homicide of Mr. Jackson committed by Conrad Murray. DA Steve Cooley, in light of all the evidence against Murray is going to charge one count of Involuntary Manslaughter in the death of the biggest superstar and humanitarian the world has ever known. If Murray stands trial at all and is convicted this charge hold the sentence of 4 years maximum. Many legal analysts believe he will do straight probation.
As the record will show DA Cooley is known for two things, especially in high profile case’s. First, the DA’s office always brings the highest charges possible and then gives the jury the option of lesser included charges. For example, Murder two or the option of Voluntary Manslaughter or Involuntary manslaughter, if they feel the case is going poorly. This gives them additional options in securing a conviction. Additionally, this DA’s office uses Grand Jury’s in place of Preliminary hearings. In the case of Conrad Murray, neither of these things happened. Had the DA’s office convened a Grand Jury, the charge would have been Murder 2 and this DA knew it.
It is also our strong belief that DA Cooley is intentionally delaying this case until after the November 2 election. Mr. Cooley is running for Attorney General of California. It serves his best interest to keep media attention from this case for if the public is informed of all the evidence, his lack of charging and no additional charges, it could negatively effect his bid for office.
Mr. Cooley managed to find enough evidence last year against the doctors in the Anna Nicole Smith case to bring 23 felony counts for enabling Ms. Smith. Yet, those doctors were not responsible for injecting or even present at the time of death of Ms. Smith’s passing. It seems unreasonable to understand or accept the lack of charging in the Michael Jackson case.
The evidence is there that Murray was not only negligent in the murder of Mr. Jackson but deceptive as well. The facts warrant that Murray broke many laws and obstructed justice in the death of Michael. The Jackson family has said in many interviews if the pressure is put on Murray he will fold. So our question is, where is the pressure? Why are you and others not speaking out? Your show is all about keeping it real, so let’s keep it real help the fans, family and would get the message out the death and injustice for Michael Jackson.
We need attention drawn to the matter of DA Steve Cooley before he is elected to the highest position of law enforcement in the state of California and seals the fate of justice and truth. On October 1, 2010 Michael Jackson fans will be asking to be heard. We are requesting that you give attention to this matter. We have questions that deserve answers. We want to utilize our constructional rights to be heard. We are simply asking for the opportunity to get the message out by way of your help. Thank you for your assistance.

Definition of Murder in the second degree: Second Degree Murder
(n) Second degree murder is the death resulted from an action or assault, the motive of which was not to kill the victim but death happened because of the assault. Example: A person shoot another on knee to hurt him but the person died of draining out blood on failure to get medical assistance amounts to second degree murder where the intention was not to kill.
