To Tabloid Media:

So many years ago the joy of destroying Michael Jackson by the media became a profitable sport that continues today. For decades the media exploited the differences about Michael Jackson by making them both weird and strange. They found pleasure in ruining a man's life and career based on speculation and false accusations. In a country where you are presumed innocent until found guilty Michael Jackson was and is an exception to this rule.
 
His talent and genius must have been too much for the envious to bare, for the simple principles of not convicting a man without proof seems lost on the media. Tabloid talk show hosts such as Dr. Drew, Nancy Grace, Joy Behar, Martin Bashir and Diane Dimond have and are continually building careers off the demise of an innocent human being. A funeral, a dead man and three fatherless children won't even slow them down, for there is rating to make and money to be made.
 
Pity these empty souls who will climb on a coffin to make a name for themselves forsaking all else. Truth and righteousness fail to exist in a world where it is both profitable and acceptable to further degrade a man who is unable to defend himself. It is the mirror in which they stare, that in the reflection all that is seen is blackness. Sleep well and count your dollars for when your end is near your judgement will be delivered.

From the the very first I heard of what this Dr. did I knew it was no accident. To charge Conrad Murry with only involentary manslaughter was an in justice to MJ and his family. Seccond degree murder should have been the charge becaue this is a Dr. who knew how dangerous the drug was that he gave MJ and to leave the room with no one to wach over him and to not have the proper resuscitation equipment at hand was implied malice. The law states that an anastisiologist is supposed to be on hand when this drug is used and it is only to be used in a hospital or surgery center where if there is a problem help is right there at hand. Knowing all this the state should have charged Dr. Murry with second degree murder. I have contacted the states attorney general to plead with him to take over the case and ask that they be allowed to change the charges to second degree murder but have gottne no where. What we need is a pettion signed and sent to the Attorney general asking him to take over the case and up the charge to second degree murder. If we could get enough signatures I believe we could get this done and really get justice for MJ and his chilssren and his family.
