Steve Cooley Foregos Grand Jury In Conrad Murray Case

If you look at Steve Cooley's office, the record shows that they use Grand Jury's in all of their cases. In this video recorded last week, Mr. Cooley in his own words, admits this. So why did Steve Cooley forego a Grand Jury in the murder case against Conrad Murray?
